The room here is well-organised and spacious, and breakfast is included.

The best thing in this hotel is the terrace.
The room was smaller than it was supposed to be. The place is very laud because of the restaurant that is situated near to the hotel. It’s very hard to communicate in English. I was supposed to get the discount for the child and I didn’t get it. I was also made to pay almost half of the price in cash.

Delicious local food served on the terrace for breakfast along with the most amazing coffee ever! ☕️

It was clean and the staff is very nice. Just 10 min walk to the bus, metro and train station.
No air conditioning. Above a crowded, noisy restaurant (barely noticeable if windows are closed). No English-speaking front desk staff, but still nice. Advertised cash and credit, but pushes for cash upon arrival.

We liked the area--close to the train station. The hotel was very clean and had a beautiful balcony--terrace.
We did not like having to pay cash.

In the centre of this enormous extraordinary city, close to bars, fish restaurant and pizzeria. Breakfast was good and romany, which had great coffee and fresh pastries. We would definitely come back here if we would return to Rome. Very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the property.

About 2 blocks from Termini train station, well situated in a typical roman area. Marco at the reception was great and friendly. Room and bath very clean. We stay again the next month.

The proximity to the Termini Train Station and the Metro were a real plus. The rooms were not luxury, but were very comfortable and clean. And the value was excellent!
While it's good that the hotel is close to Termini, this is also a negative aspect: the neighborhood is not great. Single women may want to avoid walking along the eastern side of Termini at night.

Nice clean rooms, good breakfast, fair price. Room was new and spacious and clean. We asked advice about local eating places and for the 5 nights we stayed he gave us really great recommendations. Very reasonably priced, Great place for the money for Rome. We would certainly use this hotel again.
